Origin

Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the most popular and most produced hard cheeses. We produce our Parmigiano Reggiano in our factory in Baiso. The cheese has a rich, intense, nutty, robust taste and is full of character.

Parmigiano Reggiano can only be produced in five provinces: Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna and in part of Mantua. The cows may only eat grass and hay.
