Smoked cheese is made in a specific way. First the cheese is melted and then smoked over real beechwood which gives the cheese a traditional, delicious and delicate smoky flavor. It also gives the cheese a distinctive dark crust.

This type of traditional smoked cheese is available in the following flavors: plain, ham, garden herbs, sambal, chilli, black peppers and jalapeno.

We also offer smoked goat and smoked mozzarella cheese.
