Grana Padano was one of the first hard cheeses worldwide. Our Grana Padano has a mild, rich taste and a grainy texture. Our Grana Padano is made from raw milk coming from the designated area in the North of Italy from the Po-area to the Dolomites.
The original recipe is produced and ripened conform strict principles; according to the Grana Padano Consortium Regulations. It melts very well and is perfect for cooking.
